POOMSAE - Memorize and refine the following form: Taeguek Yuk-jang (#6) and Taeguek #1 - #5

HAND TECHNIQUES - Know basic blocking techniques

  • Down block

  • Inside-middle block

  • High block

  • Single knife hand

  • Double knife hand

  • Hammer fist

  • Straight punches

BOARD BREAKING - Hook Kick and Free Technique (Intermediate level technique)

SPARRING SKILLS - Be ready to show these skills in sparring

●     30 second aggression 30 defense

●     Turning Back Kick counter against Roundhouse Kick (in match)

●     Fading roundhouse counter against opponent in clinch

●     Sparring Rounds: 3 (1 min.)
