PHYSICAL REQUIREMENT - Must complete the following:

  • 5-minute Run

  • 200 Jumping Jacks

  • 1.5-minute Plank

  • 100 Squats

  • 60 Push-ups

POOMSAE - Memorize and refine the following form(s): Koryo and Taeguek #1 - #8

BOARD BREAKING - Hand/Arm technique, Power break, Advanced break

SPARRING SKILLS - Be ready to show these skills in sparring

●     Demonstration of advance technique with instructor

●     Sparring Rounds: 3 (2 min)

●     30 sec offense, 30 sec defense

●     Sparring 1 v 2 (1 min)

HAND TECHNIQUES - Know basic blocking techniques

  • Down block

  • Inside-middle block

  • High block

  • Single knife hand

  • Double knife hand

  • Hammer fist

  • Straight punches
