PHYSICAL REQUIREMENT - Must complete the following:

  • 5-minute Run

  • 200 Jumping Jacks

  • 1.5-minute Plank

  • 100 Squats

  • 60 Push-ups

POOMSAE - Memorize and refine the following form: Taeguek Chil-jang (#7) and Taeguek #1 - #6

HAND TECHNIQUES - Know basic blocking techniques

BOARD BREAKING - Spinning hook kick and Intermediate advance kick

SPARRING SKILLS - Be ready to show these skills in sparring

●     30 sec defense, 30 sec offense

●     Tornado kick (Spinning technique In match)

●     Double round against Bob (dummy)

●     Sparring Rounds: 3 (1 min.)

  • Down block

  • Inside-middle block

  • High block

  • Single knife hand

  • Double knife hand

  • Hammer fist

  • Straight punches
